R U Precious has a small home-base with a big presence.
The inspiration pours forth from Ratna’s studio, and here at the boutique the concept of an open studio is at it’s full. The studio as a shop, and the shop as a studio.

The fabric fetish has spread up the walls and across the banister upstairs. Taking form in a massive “fabric wall” installation in shades of R U Precious RED.
Thick red ribbons are hanging , from the 5 metre high ceiling, on one side of the boutique, holding a rack of scrumptious skirts, tops and inspirations. Collages of colour and texture.
Upstairs is an abundance of style, Filled with labels such as Cecil U Nurley, Vagabond byDesign, Mischka, Pink Sky, and more to come.
The shop is situated in St Kevins Arcade. A big historic building, still in its original décor, situated on Karangahape Road.
There is a popular café in the back of the arcade, and six other original clothing boutiques to enjoy.
